Catalog Sales operates as three working divisions: Mail Order, Direct Sales, and the Internet Group. The Mail Order division reaches customers through catalogs and direct mail offerings to various Business to Business niche markets. The Direct Sales division focuses on large key accounts with an emphasis on creativity and customer service, creating solutions for corporate concerns. The Internet Group focuses on the company’s online presence and its online shopping sites, Allstates Uniforms, Cheap Aprons, and Affordable Images (in development). Our sites feature easy to use grids which eliminate all those repetitive key strokes and mouse clicks to order multiple sizes and colors of the same item, and our interactive Logo Upload program has dramatically simplified the ordering and custom logo process. Our distinctively innovative Key Account program is a model for the industry. It is often copied but never duplicated. Once established as a Key Account, you receive discounted quantity pricing for all orders regardless of the size of the individual order. A dedicated customer service representative is assigned to each account to become familiar with their needs and requirements. Key Accounts also utilize the cost effectiveness of our unique fulfillment facilities, which specialize in complex distribution and multiple drop ships for each account location without incurring additional costs. This effectively takes the customer out of the day to day workings of the uniform business. This program also allows customers the freedom to purchase in any quantity at their volume discount prices while maintaining the distribution to all their individual locations.

Catalog Sales is proud of its custom logo and embellishment services, featuring in-house graphics and design and two state of the art production facilities for all screen-printing and embroidery, giving them total control of every order. One facility is dedicated to personalization for small orders, while the other facility is geared for large orders. This diversity in production provides the customer total flexibility in maintaining their uniform or apparel program the way they want, regardless of the size of the order.
